Please read these terms carefully before registering or using any service on mnok. By accessing the platform you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Agreement to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mnok platform, including its website, mobile interface, games, betting markets and all associated services (collectively the "Platform"). mnok is operated for the benefit of players in Bangladesh and the wider South Asian region. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and mnok ("we", "us", "the Operator").
By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms you must not use the Platform.
Important notice: mnok reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Who May Use mnok
Access to the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. mnok actively enforces these requirements and reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time.
Account Registration and Security
When you register an account with mnok, you become solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. The following obligations apply to all registered accounts on the Platform:
- You must not share your password or account access with any other person, including family members.
- You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
- You must notify mnok support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
- Deposits and withdrawals may only be made to and from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
- KYC verification may be required before withdrawals are processed. Required documents may include a valid national ID, passport or utility bill.
Account security reminder: mnok will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and contact [email protected] immediately.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). mnok supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
mnok offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the activities below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable.
- Using the Platform to launder money or fund any criminal enterprise.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to play games or place bets without human input.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
- Attempting to access the Platform using a VPN, proxy or other method to circumvent geographic or IP-based restrictions.
- Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors or glitches in games or the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
- Registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your registered account.
mnok reserves the right to investigate all accounts where prohibited conduct is suspected. During any investigation the account in question may be temporarily restricted. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, mnok will act as described above without obligation to provide prior notice.
Responsible Gaming Obligations
mnok takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The Platform includes tools designed to help players manage their activity. By accepting these Terms you acknowledge that gambling carries risk and commit to using the Platform responsibly.
Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, trademarks, logos and audio — is the exclusive property of mnok or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without prior written permission from mnok.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mnok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. This includes loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption or system failure. mnok's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of warranties: The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. mnok does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.
Termination and Amendments
mnok reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it reasonably believes a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. Upon termination, balances resulting from legitimate play that are not subject to an outstanding wagering requirement will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
mnok may amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Platform. The date of the most recent amendment is shown at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. Where a material change is made, mnok will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via the contact information held on their account.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. mnok operates as an international online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh and makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
Any dispute between a player and mnok that cannot be resolved informally through our support team should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. mnok will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and endeavour to resolve the matter within 30 business days. Players who remain dissatisfied after exhausting mnok's internal complaints procedure may seek independent advice.
